"Great location, great staff, comfortable beds, really all you could ask for. Close to the beach, which was swimmable if the surf wasn't too rough (otherwise Santa Cruz beach is 15m walk away and is always swimmable). Chedraui supermarket is a couple of minute walk also. Parking is easy. Internet fast enough for zoom calls. Owner speaks good English and is a wealth of local information."

"I love the owners and staff! This is a clean, reasonably priced, no frills hotel near the beach and close enough yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. I was looking for something that didn’t cost an arm and a leg, that had good water pressure (cold only but I’m good with that; it was actually a bit warm); AC (only a few rooms have it so ask); and a place where I felt safe. It met all of these expectations and the owners and staff are very sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend it!"
"I wish there were rooms on the ground floor w/AC. I was here in June and I needed AC. (Senior citizen.) Also, if you need a soft bed, you might not sleep well. The mattress is on a built in concrete base so the beds are very firm. It was fine for me though."
