"There was plenty of space for 3 friends to spread out. The pool area was beautiful and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn’t cook any meals. The breakfast was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very nice. The police presence seemed excessive."
"It is difficult to get to other parts of the city as the traffic is incredibly bad, but that’s not the hotel’s fault! It is easy to walk to the Museum of Anthropology and the Castillo."

"The location was fabulous. Very close to Parque Lincoln and an easy walk to wonderful restaurants and shops. We loved the heated pool which was perfect for our grandchildren to use in the afternoon. The temperature of the pool was lovely and warm with the hot tub at one end. The breakfast was also very good with fresh choices each morning. However also great breakfast options close by so we mixed it up. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The breakfast was good with some rotation daily. The only point that needs some updating is there is only one person working the breakfast area and sometimes she had a hard time keeping up with the demand. The staff was great, super attentive. The pool facility was heated which was a nice touch."
