"The staff is so kind and helpful. They are also very professional and friendly. Definitely the best asset of the property. We love the breakfast buffet! Food was fresh and delicious. Rooms are spacious. It’s near a lot of attractions in the “Reforma” area. Many places to eat around as well. The pool area is pretty nice it has a jacuzzi. You can order drinks and food there as well the ambience is great with music and lounge chairs and tables. There’s a gym on the last floor and a Sauna. We enjoy every day of our stay. The only reason we don’t put a 10 score it’s due to the renovations that are taking place during the day at the property. So if you want to sleep until late there’s a bit of noise as well as the smell of paint however that is nothing important because the place is good and the staff is very nice."

"The location is great 10-15 walk to many of important sites. The metro is minutes away and gets you where you want quickly. The area is also safe and surrounded with many convenience stores"

"The sink taps dripped. In need of repair they were hard to close. Advised the front desk and nothing was done during our ten day stay. Also housekeeping cleaning was just enough. Dirt in corners, floor filthy if you happen to wipe it cleaning a spill. Often items were forgotten. Cups or towels etc. Rarely was it made up correctly."
