"hotel entrance is located literally off a major highway making it easy to miss and requiring exiting and doubling back thru unfamiliar streets to return to the highway entrance. facility is mostly handicap accessible with elevators and ramps. access could be better around the pool area with better planning for guests with scooters or wheelchairs, the wheels to my scooter got stuck in the path to the pool patio"

"Pool, Watter dispensers in the lobby, cookies, tea and coffee in the morning and in the evening. We had 2 rooms, but you provide us at least 1 Room before the check in to arrive the wedding on time. because check-in was at 3:00pm"

"The Pool was not warm enough, there was not water dispensers all the time. We take some time to wait for our car and we have to tip the drivers all the time. There were some rooms with better view and near to the elevator. Check in is very late. Brakefast, expensive for a complete familly."

"The noise isolation is pretty bad, we could very clearly hear the conversation on the room next door. There is nothing nearby that you can walk to because it's off the highway."
