"We loved the location. The decor and the gorgeous common areas. We liked that they provided filtered water for drinking and brushing your teeth etc since the water in Mexico is not safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we loved that it was pet friendly"

"The concept was very nice and unique, we loved the music box inside each room and that everything in the decoration of it was planned and thought. So creative to have costumes you can try on. The rooftop was cute as well. The girls in the front desk were very professional and nice."

"The hotel staff helped us arrange a laundry service and deliver the cloth to our room, which is excellent for the travelers having a long multi-week trip. Also, the location is extremely good for visitors traveling to historical center of Puebla, just one block away from the Zocalo, almost the best location you can find in the town."
