"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable, everything worked. While it's in town, the hotel was very quiet which allowed for a good nights sleep."
"The parking was gated - which while safe was a little annoying opening the gates to come in and out. Fortunately a couple of times hotel staff were around and did this for us. There is a pet fee of $200 pesos. No breakfast."

"My room was about 20 steps away from a private beach, which was up against an enormous and beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. And I love Napa, which is my favorite place and all Loreto. Everyone must experience at least one night on this beautiful property."
"I had some trouble with the shower, but someone came to fix it so that was just a minor inconvenience. Also, I could hear someone snoring through right the wall & perhaps I should've asked for another room, but I didn't because I loved my location, so I just dealt with it."
