"There was no food there. But I enjoyed the balcony view of the beautiful park and the ocean. The maid s were very helpful, pleasant and nice."

"There was no shower curtain (WHY) ,and we had a hard time controling the air-conditioning. The man who showed us to our room didn't explain anything to us, just let us in. And pointed to the remote controls, but said nothing to us."

"The room was huge and pretty comfortable. The hotel is right in front of the Lazaro Cardenas Park. Walking distance to the Malecon and dining options. Overall it was a good stay."

"The elevator stopped working the first day so we had to carry a stroller up and down 4 flights of stairs. Luckily they got it fixed."

"LOCATION - park view, water view, and PRICE. Proximity to restaurants - good ones one block from the beach two blocks from nightlife. Convenience store, pharmacy, fantastic Thai restaurant, fantastic steakhouse, adorable sports bar, on the block. Then you’re on the Malecon and that’s all the ocean front places. Two blocks the other way is the biggest night life zone in the area. Popular LGBT clubs like Mr Flamingo, Industry, La Noche, Pacos, CCs, at lest ten others. Popular more mor mixed late night venues, Margarita Grill, zone Joe Jacks, anything beach front💔 It’s not the fanciest hotel, but it’s good space and good value and the staff are fantastic. That’s not guaranteed in PV. It is at Eloisa and I’ve stayed more than once booking direct and on other platforms. It’s at the dead center of everything you could possibly want to do."

"These ARE NOT NEGATIVES me. I gave all five stars. The value is very good. Changing this probably increases the price. I wouldn’t increase the price for this. Bracelets indicate guests. Less standard at the more boutique places, but I’m not a fan. I’d rather show a key. Some people prefer his so I can’t say it’s a negative. The pool was closed when I stayed as they were constructing a roofed in something on on top floor pool deck (probably like a bbq area but I don’t know). The roof was open but loud. It’s construction, which is everywhere in PV. No construction during evening or Sundays. Couldn’t here it on the fourth floor. Toss in a few Knick knacks to enhance the old Mexico feel. Capitalize on what they have, upgrade the patio chairs cheaply. I think a few changes enhance the could enhance a lot. These are so insignificant I will still be staying here again for certainX"

"The staff were outstanding, especially during the violence on Feb 22. Although the staff couldn't go home and be with their own families; they did their very best to look after guests. When are planes were canceled and we were still in lock down the hotel comped our stay for Monday. 10 is to small of a number to rate our stay"
