"The Hotel Emily is the best choice in the historic district located on Plaza de la Independcia and a few blocks from Plaza de la Constitusion, the heart of the old town. If you are visiting Pachuca to discover the history of this fine old gold and silver mining town, this is the place to be. Nice reasonably prices on site restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and several others nearby."

"Our room had a great view of the old clock tower and lively plaza. Windows open for fresh air which is a plus. Although clean, the room and bathroom are exceedingly small. The room has adequate blackout curtains but there are several appliances with standby lights that may require a light sleeper to wear a sleep mask. There is a dangerous ledge entering the bathroom and the rug-tile separator is high. Wear flip flops!"

"The location is excellent, with a view of the plaza and the clocktower. I had a room facing the plaza, and loved the view. While the windows muffled the chimes of the clock, I was glad I had earplugs. But it wasn't a dealbreaker, and totally worth it for the view. The staff were all nice and helpful. I included pics of the view from my room."

"Buffet breakfast was not included had to pay an extra fifty pesos per person, but all in all it was fine. Definitely the location was a great easy access to everything."

"The hotel was not full I felt we should have been given a better room. We were given one at the end of the hallway in a dark corner. The room had no view but to a construction site. The bed was a bit hard for my liking. Other then that it was a good value."
