"Just ONE thing!!! Unfortunately, the Pool was very cold- Needs a heater installed. Very few brave souls got in. The owner worked hard to clear the ash dust in the pool from the Volcano."

"Reserve un cuarto con una cama y otra de dos, pero ambos cuartos me los dieron de una sola cama. La tapa del baño se rompió y me lastime, y el ROKU fallaba mucho."

"Solamente que pedimos una habitación para personas con sillas de ruedas pues el hotel lo marca como una opción. Y si nos dieron una habitación en planta baja, però sin ninguna comodidad para personas con necesidades especiales. Ninguna agarradera en los baños ni en la regadera. Y no habia ninguna rampa para poder moverse en algunas partes del hotel. El personal muy amable nos ofreció hasta un carrito de golf para llevar a la persona hacia el restaurante. Aunque no lo usamos. Pero sì sería un plus para el hotel tener esas comodidades en un cuarto para dos camas. Ya que en este caso mi papá y su acompañante necesitan cada uno una cama."
