"Location location location It was super super clean Very modern but yet traditional touches The shower pressure was excellent Ac unit kept room in excellent condition The courtesy call was very courteous"

"Large comfortable rooms, very comfy beds & pillows, good AC. Bathroom was fine. Central location but no noise from the street. Easy to store bags there after check out while waiting for our bus. 1pm checkout was useful!"

"Las Alcobas is an excellent hotel located right in the heart of Polanco, making it perfect for walking, dining, and exploring the area. The location alone is a big plus. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. The room was very modern and high-tech, with smart design and great attention to detail. While the room was a bit smaller than expected compared to other hotels in Polanco, it was comfortable and did the job perfectly. The only minor issue we encountered was with breakfast. Our booking included breakfast, but initially it was limited to pastries only. After raising this with the team, they immediately upgraded us to a full breakfast, which we really appreciated and shows their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel we would happily return to. Highly recommended."

"Some of the family became ill during our visit. The staff went above and beyond to help us with the situation. The door man was always available to greet us and assist us, in general just welcome us; even working on his English for our benefit. He truly made our stay special, something we will never forget. The hotel has some bad reviews about cleanliness, rude staff, loud parties, horrible breakfast. Honestly we experienced none of this. The cleaning staff were so thorough and efficient. The breakfast was better than expected. It was always quiet! And the staff were amongst the most attentive and patient we've ever experienced. A bonus for us was the security. You can't even get on the room wing without a key, nor the elevator. This helped a lot in feeling secure during our stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel to travelers. We would absolutely stay again. Oh, and all the services you would need are within walking distance. Even a huge mall."
