"A nice and relaxed hotel, close to the beach, with two pools as alternatives to the strong waves. Comfortable king size bed, small fridge and bathroom. Basic but okay. Good breakfast (was included) and a restaurant. Some simple eateries in walkable distance. Nice staff, helpful."

Avis de Ferda Hotel RS Suites
"A big hotel with a wonderful garden, spacious and very well maintained. The staff was very nice and accommodating, they switched one night for another without any cost. We are very grateful as we got stuck in the city before our planned stay, on a day very chaotic day when the surrounding highways were blocked. Thank you!"

"The location is great, only 2 blocks from oaxaca's main zocalo, the beds are comfortable and the room is roomy, it has AC; this is not a fancy or modern hotel, is a traditional old construction, but everything is clean, they do cleaning and change of towels everyday, they are very accommodating, we got there very early and they let us into our rooms several hours before, the only reason I didn't rate it all the stars is because it is an old style construction so there is no elevator, but in relation to the price and quality it's great, I mean if you are looking for something modern and fancy than of course this is not your place, but if you are looking for something affordable, clean, comfortable, walking distance from oaxacas main activity in centro historico this is it. Also they do no have parking but they have a deal with a parking lot only 5 or 6 blocks from the hotel free of charge!"
