"The location was perfect in the town center. For a first trip to San Miguel de Allende (this was our first visit) we think it’s best to be centrally located. The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room with coffee pods provided. The WiFi was very good. We would return to this hotel for a future stay."

"The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are multiple restaurants within steps. The hotel is located in the PERFECT spot!! You are close to EVERYTHING!! The staff is friendly and the hotel is sparkling clean. You can also grab a taxi/uber as soon as you step out of the hotel."

"The hotel does not have an elevator. I had 2 senior family members that had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get to their rooms. All rooms are located on the second floor."

"Location, cleanliness, helpful staff, nice restaurant within short walk, plaza and church very close. Cleanliness of the rooms, lobby, hallway was much better than we have had in US hotels in past 7 years. Key information about the property was clear in the information for anyone to read. 1) The fact that there are no elevator so stairs must be used, 2) nearby Church bells can be heard at different hours day & night and, 3) No food available in the hotel clear in the information about the property. Our 4 couple group was aware of this upfront plus, while the bells could be heard the sound level was not loud enough to bother any of us at any time."

"Good, central location. It was somewhat noisy because the churches in San Miguel apparently don't shut their bells down during the late hours. My main complaint was the shower, i.e., the running water turned from burning hot to ice cold without warning or adjustment."

"First of all the location was absolutely amazing, right next to the plaza. The room was on the first floor, super clean and very comfortable. The staff, and maid room service were top notch!!! This was our first time in San Miguel de Allende and I 100% highly recommend this hotel to any travelers."
