"Great location, comfy beds, AC was very good, and in general the hotel is kept clean. The view from the 4th floor was amazing. The pools were clean and warm all the time. Bathroom was large and very usable. Everyone in the staff was really friendly, and I liked the fact that security, and a lifeguard were present walking around the pool and beach areas at all times."

"The hotel could use a remodel, there are several parts of the buildings that show the hotel's age. The bathroom had a small window which I mistook for a vent but was an access panel for pipes, these made a whistling sound during the night. The restaurant waitress charges us $10 pesos extra to deliver fries to the pool area, not cool, but not a major problem."

"Our room got changed to one with a partial ocean view, which was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. Watching the sunset from the beach was lovely."

"The bathroom was a little worn down and dated. It was not clear how the air conditioning worked (the on button was a random light switch on the wall), so for the first few nights we just propped open the door and windows. However, this brought mosquitos into the room. The beach in front of the hotel has strong waves. The only time to safely enter the water is in the morning. The hotel pool was usually full of children, so it's not the place for someone looking for a child-free holiday."
