"The property was convenient to the water shuttle, as well as an excellent restaurant across the street, which was called Ambar Del Mar. We also had breakfast, which was right adjacent to the hotel and that was also very very good with an outside patio. Although the hotel has no elevator guest services help bring our luggage up to the third floor and we had an ocean view balcony room."

"I asked for an early check in 12-1pm through booking dot com. I arrived at 1.45 and was told I couldn’t check in til 3. Seems they didn’t get the message. Also the TV needed disconnecting and reconnecting daily as the internet cut off. Streaming from Netflix had regular pauses to the signal."
