"We liked the location. The room was clean and spacious."
"The ventilation was problematic. It was often too stuffy in the room. We were on the 9th floor and windows couldn't be opened."
"Location was outstanding with many restaurants and and attractions within walking distance. Bed comfortable, restaurant serve red very good food and hours of operation good. Cleaning staff good."
"No coffee pot in room. Shower and tub system did not work properly and when showering the water sprays onto the floor, glass needs to be longer to prevent the water spraying out. Room needs to be a little bigger. Handles on bathroom sink had to be turned very, very hard to shut flow off. Knob for changing from tub to shower never worked correctly and was unable to use the tub and that was one of the main reason we chose this hotel was so my wife could take a daily bath. Very disappointed with this issue. Closet and dresser drawers space good and with a safe. Front desk staff very helpful and polite and spoke very good English we speak very little Spanish."

"The AC had High, Med and Low and it only worked in the High Fan which made a terrible noise during the night. The room needs a renovation. The bed was not soft and the tv old."
"This is the perfect hotel if you take a redeye into CDMX. Checkout at 1p; blackout curtains and central AC alongside very comfortable beds for a great price and central location. Highly recommend!"
