"Despite of being next to the beach, it doesn’t have its own beach area. Furniture seems to be old and not well maintained as it shows signs of humidity. One of the 2 elevators didn’t work and didn’t seem to be any concern to get it fixed."

"No me gusto que el personal de "Iguanas ranas" primero está con una actitud súper amable y después de que no aceptas comprar la membresía de su agencia de viajes, su actitud cambia totalmente. Yo sí estaba en todo el derecho de enojarme, ya que me hicieron perder más de 2 horas. El agua de las albercas de la planta baja está súper helada."
