"The staff was very courteous and friendly, our room was very neat and tidy. Great location, there’s a very nice taxi driver named Erik, he stands inside and out of the hotel, if you need a ride anywhere he is very prompt, has a spacious and clean car is patient, has great conversation and is very knowledgeable and his rates are very reasonable, its walking distance to Oxxos, farmacias, restaurants and main streets, would definitely recommend."

"Slow internet. Thin walls that lets noise from the next room. There was a school group for 3 days. When they wanted to chat you had no way to hide in your room : heard all the conversation like they were sitting next to me."
