"The door man. Name Oscar was really friendly and nice and helpful"

We had to wait til 1 Came back close to 1pm and asked again if we could check in early and still were told by the lady in the front so we waited til 2pm We were told That there were ppl. But we never saw any one leave"

"The facility did not have any breakfast on premises. It was below grade. At one point it was raining and water started to come into the room. I requested to be moved but they did not comply."

"Que esta bien que es antiguo el hotel, pero las instalaciones están viejas y descuidadas. Si le dieran mantenimiento, estaría más bonito. La habitación decía que tenía bañera y no la tuvo. Era una regadera que salpicaba a todos lados el agua y se mojaba todo el baño. El balcón no es como se ve en las fotos."
