"We got a flat tire en route and had to delay our arrival by one day. Some hotels were super accommodating and let us change the reservation night without a hitch, but the Hotel Turquesa Maya did not. No discounts, and allegedly cash only (despite signs on the building saying they accept card). I would have stayed somewhere else, but there weren't many other options late at night in the area."

"The staff are great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There was also hot water which can sometimes be absent at various locations. There is also a great restaurant right across the street, which is very convenient."
