"The staff at the hotel were friendly, people seemed relatively friendly, they welcomed Spanish speaking people."
"I paid premium price for a room with a kitchen -originally, I had to go and find pots and pans to cook with. We got terrible toilet paper for the first 7 days, 1990’s beige towels, I was 2km away from the nearest access to the beach, the big chain hotels have monopolized access to the beach. Everything is Ixtapa is 3x what it should be because all your groceries can only be bought in zihuatenejo."
"Walking distance to town. Beautiful pools, comfy bed.fridge in room"
"No ice machines"
"The room was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price and location were very good."
"Wifi was only accessible in the lobby. Loud music in the lobby area during the day. Kitchenette could have been more stocked but they did say if we needed anything just to ask."
"The location is great. The staff was friendly when checking in."
"I did not like the fact the the hotel is weathered, looks old, the matresses were extremely hard for us, and there was not hot water in the morning to shower. I reported the water situation to the yound lady at the desk, I also requested a light bulb for the night lamp. No lightbulb, and no hot water in the morning. I reported the same issues at check-out, maybe they will be addressed for the next guests."
"The room is excelent for the price, room has a balcony, the bed is comfortable"
"No wifi in the room Lobby seems very dark at nigth and seems like there is nobody there to help you if you need something"
"The location was quite central in Ixtapa. Very easy to get onto the collectivos to go to various beaches and to Zihuatenejo. The pool was very nice - I am a swimmer and brought my flippers and goggles and very much appreciated the pool."
"It is a slightly run down and definitely needs some renovations. The “kitchen” was quite sparse. I did ask for a coffee maker and a micro, which they did supply. Utensils were somewhat sparse. No actual cooking facilities. Good fridge."
"The location is great and the staff is nice. The rooms are clean and functional. The hotel had some renovations going on, so we couldn't enjoy of all the amenities but it is a great place."
"At check out time. As we were in a group of multiple rooms. The person cleaning our room didn't spread the towels correctly and they were trying to charge us things without even verifying first, the receptionist in that moment was in some way rude. Until one of the person checking the other rooms found them folded and unused."
"Gino was great as well as the rest of the staff the food and pool were top notch. A nice centralized location"
"Aucun."

"With our old dog, we liked being on the first floor. Also, playing games in the courtyard was fun. The staff were just wonderful!"

Avis de Kaye Nautibeach Beach Front Condos in North Beach
"This is a simple hotel, but the best in Paracho. The staff is lovely and helpful, and the hotel is very clean. Rooms have a desk and the wifi is decent. The showers here are always hot and have good water pressure. The hotel is located about 2 blocks from the main plaza, so excellent location. They have a small coffee room with a few tables, also kept very clean. The staff here are impeccable. All in all, this is your best bet in Paracho. I have a tour company and will never bring my guests anywhere else. I also appreciate that they have a room for storage, as my groups visit the area for art collection, and it’s nice to store our pieces without having to haul them all upstairs."
