"loved the room, pool, mini breakfast, constant attention from staff, the sunset bar. breakfast at the Tulipan restaurant and main restaurant buffet (would love for Tulipan to be open more often)."
"the transport between the rooms and restaurants/spa clearly could not keep up with the demand for a full hotel. they should look at how to resource that better (or manage expectations/bookings). Also it was impossible to get through to the spa as they were so busy. Reception should really take at least messages if not bookings on their behalf."
"Impressive views and staff is always at your service"
"Food wasn’t the best and it was pricey"
"The view is absolutely stunning. We were treated like royalty. Everyone SUPER friendly, available, taking care. The restaurant view is something we won’t forget. Insane. You want to catch a sunset at 7 there;) beach club with sea water and pool. Amazing. 10/10 we would come back. 100% recommend ! Bed super confident, clean. Just love it."

"The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are amazing and the facilities and staff too."

"The staff was terrific, helpful, professional, and always trying to help with any request. The views from the casita were fantastic; we have our private pool. Felt secure in the location, with 24-hour front desk personnel and room service. This is our 4th time here and we plan to come back next year. Great for relaxing and resting. We highly recommend the SPA, excellent service by Jose Luis and Edith."
"The room and pool may need a few upgrades, but we overlooked that due to the great service and wonderful veiws."
