"We loved the size of the room. There was plenty of space for two adults and three younger children. The beach was good, with soft sand and plenty of room to play. The kids liked the 3 slides into the pools. We did the breakfast-included plan and the breakfasts were good."
"The location wasn't bad but it was a little further from the malecon than we liked. But there were lots of good restaurants near the hotel."

"Hot water was dependent on time of day. Only other feedback was that pigeons nest outside on balcony ledges and as a result, eggs are hatched. They should really break up the nests as soon as they appear. The pigeon droppings are smelly and can cause issues. Also, we watered plants on balcony and they flowered in one week. Hotel should do this as most we dead."

"Love the location and the resort. We have stayed here many times and keep coming back. We love the area because it is more quiet than the Golden Zone/Malecon area."
"There seems to be a significant difference in staffing the outdoor bar and pool area. We often had to seek out staff to order drinks and food. We eventually just started bringing our own drinks and food because we weren't being waited on."

"The staff was always friendly and helpful, they even remembered us from a previous stay! The pool is heated and very clean, they do a great job keeping the pool area, chairs etc clean. The location doesn’t get any better than this!"
