"This is my fifth or sixth stay. The staff is always stellar, no matter how late I arrive. I am mobility impaired, and they serve the breakfast upstairs. The staff always retrieves my breakfast for me. Also, they are constantly cleaning."

"The workers talk to each other so loud when they’re in the hallways that they wake people up. They need to be a little more courteous and know that we’re on vacation and want some peace and quiet"
"The location is AWAY from the loud nightclub area and fairly easy to find. The most important part of my many stays at this hotel is the STAFF! They are very friendly and helpful and very much want you to be happy. I am mobility impaired, and they did everything they could to help me with my belongings, and the next morning someone went upstairs for me to grab me a little breakfast. The breakfast isn't much, but it's better than an empty stomach. The staff is constantly cleaning and keeping busy, yet always ready to help with a friendly smile. This was my fifth stay at this hotel."

"Amazing staff. I arrived at 2:30am with a flat tire, and there was no parking available. Edgar at the front desk moved his own car to give me a spot. In the morning, another staff member called a tire store and arranged for them to bring a new tire and change it. While I waited in the lobby, I observed employees cleaning thoroughly. Everyone was friendly and forgiving of my bad Spanish."
