"Lovely quiet location . Room was large but Balcones furniture very uncomfortable , kitchen missing items, kettle, scissors, paper towels, napkins salt and pepper. The restaurant always seemed deserted and was cold. View was great and the pool is lovely."

"The property overall is very nice and clean. The pool is very nice too. It’s not deep only about 4 1/2 feet. My kids were able to be in it without much help."

"I did not like that it’s far from the malecón. It’s close to train tracks. The train passed by twice early in the morning and was loud. The wifi was not very good. We noticed it would only work in certain areas. But overall it did it’s purpose. They also charged us about $112 dollars for sheets that my son pee."

Requested towels for the pool and after two hours they never arrived. Had to go to the room soaking wet. The complimentary coffee was really bad and available in such a short period of time in the morning. The room was missing so much stuff when we arrived."

"Muy bonito el hotel, la alberca muy bien, lo malo que esta lejos de la civilización y lo peor el estacionamiento no permiten estacionar en los lugares cercanos a la entrada por ser de uso exclusivo del personal que trabaja ahí. Nosotros los clientes tenemos que dejar el vehículo en los lugares lejos dede la entrada principal eso no me gustó para nada. Y el sofá no sirve ya cheque comentarios y ya lo avían mencionado lastima que me di cuenta tarde ya que estaba hospedado."
