"great location, loved the hammocks on the dock and the various places to hang out. lots of plants in the inner courtyard. didn't feel busy even though it was fairly fully booked. right next to the Manati Cenote which is well worth it."

"if they want to be a 4 star hotel and worth the high price there are a few things that really need to be addressed. eg having only one Kayak (and that was not in a good condition), and no SUP or other options just isn't enough. Breakfast was okay but not great. We had dinner only once, and that was rather underwhelming and we never went back - they were out of seefood, the meat was way to salty, the pizza boring and flavourless. Clearly not worthy of a decent let alone pricy hotel. The snorkeling must have been amazing in the past when the coral reef was still alive - but pretty much all the hard coral are now bleached/dead unfortunately (of course not the hotel's fault)"

"Sadly there were quite a lot things Plunge pool was a cold, stagnant bath. There was no hot water. When we informed reception, it did improve from cold to tepid. Toilet would not flush and took 3 trips to reception to get it fixed. Towels were old and stained Had to go to reception every day to request coffee pods for the coffee machine in our room."

"The food at the property is mostly international cuisine: very expensive and not great quality, would have preferred more local options. Seaweed situation was really bad, I know this is not the hotel’s fault but it made the beach experience a little less likable."

"The location was beautiful in quiet Tankah Bay. It was away from the crowds but close to so many wonderful sites. The hotel is across the street from Casa Cenote, which was an added bonus! We went for swims there multiple times. We loved it here. We had an ocean view room with a plunge pool, which was wonderful! We had some great meals here as well. The wood fire grilled lamb rack was a standout! There were a few other restaurants in the area too, if you wanted a change but didn’t want to drive into Tulum. Staff was very gracious."
