"room very small, we were 3 persons, and there were just 2 towels...when I asked for 2 more, they ask me to let them my ID on reception, That never happened to me before! taxi supposedly direct from hotel and that was not like that, and so expensive, 500 pesos and i ask the price for an regular taxi and the cost 300 pesos...uncomfortable mattress and pillows."

"The young man at check in was very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags as we arrived a few hours before check in. The beds were comfy and the hotel and room were clean. Excellent value for money and we would stay there again."

"We asked for a wakeup call and taxi booking for a very early flight. Unfortunately this wasnt done and we had to arrange a taxi in the morning however staff did this for us. Free bkfst was included with our stay but we left very early. It would have been nice to have been given perhaps a juice and muffin."
