"A little loud outside the building with car traffic going by during the day, but pretty quiet at night; but recently installed sound barriers really helped keep it quiet"

"Stay at this hotel! The staff, the courtyard, the library, the rooms — our stay was so welcoming and peaceful. The staff is so kind. You really feel a calm the moment you enter. Definitely have the breakfast! It was so hard to choose from all the delicious options. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Cholula!"

"Room had some patches of humidity in the walls, shower door even when new, not properly installed and leaking out. Room needed more ventilation as it had a strong smell of humidity when coming in at night"

"We had the positive surprise to be upgraded as they felt that a week-long stay would be better in the larger suite. If I return, I'd just book this suite directly! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. This is certainly a gem. We found out that the location was actually ideal for visiting Cholula."

"Comfortable large room, comfortable bed, big bathroom, exceptional breakfast, huge stunning library, quiet beautiful courtyard and garden. Excellent service although staff had very limited English. 10 minute walk to Zócalo on flat streets. Rooftop terrace. Good value."

"Our room had no windows-only 2 doors facing the street with very limited access to light. Had to knock on hotel’s front door to get in."

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Cholula, Ive been staying here for years and it has kept the great service and charm. Keep in mind that the hotel only offers breakfast but you can enter / order any food you want from the outside and use their facilities. Don’t forget to visit their beautiful library."

"Mastersuite is very spaceous and many opportunities to store your items. The old building is ideal for summer time as it doesn't heat up. Lovely garden and good breakfast."
