"This is a large hotel in a very convenient location in the south of Mexico City. The building is not new, but it is impressive how well it has been maintained and renovated to provide such good service. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable with high‑quality mattresses, the power outlets for phones are perfectly placed, and the bathroom is large and well lit. The staff is very friendly, especially the front desk team, who were consistently efficient and kind. The restaurant is excellent, with a wide menu, a great breakfast buffet, and reasonable prices. The complimentary parking works perfectly and the attendants are very polite and efficient. The electronic invoice was sent immediately after payment. With all the artwork, sculptures, and paintings throughout the property, the hotel feels almost like a museum, and it is definitely a place to come back to."

"The only reason for giving a 9 instead of a 10 is the low water pressure in the shower. Maintenance came promptly and it improved a little, but it was still uncomfortable to shower with such low pressure. The in‑room minibar is out of service, which made it difficult to keep drinks and food cold during a full week’s stay, even though there is an ice bucket in the room and ice machines on each floor."

"wifi was very good. I like the working table and lamp provided as well as lamps by the bed. I like the coffee maker and free coffee and bottles of water everyday. I also like the very accommodating bellboys who would reserve a taxi for me whenever I needed."

"No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. No slippers. Sometimes some of the light did not turn on. No dial tone for the phone."

"All the staff was great. From the valet parking to the restaurant waiters, the front desk, room service, and the room maids, everyone was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was great, especially the breakfast and brunch buffets. My whole family had a wonderful stay in all 4 rooms we had."

"The tiles above the shower are a bit dirty and have spots. There were no wash clothes to shower with. Vending machines would help. The fountains did not have water in them to see how they worked. The scenery is a must. Thank you again."
