"Our stay at Villas H2O in Tulum was wonderful. The hotel is beautifully designed and offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Located in a tranquil area of Tulum and close to the ADO bus station, it provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being conveniently close to all the attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The lush garden and the inviting pool area were available for relaxation, even though we didn’t have the chance to use them. The staff at Villas H2O were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Nadia and Juan Carlos. They were very knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations, making our trip even more enjoyable. Although we only stayed one night before our flight home, it was perfect."

"The breakfast was a bit disappointing. There were not many options, and everything seemed left to our own guess. If we didn’t ask, we didn’t get what we needed. The food often tasted soggy and warm, which was not ideal given the hot weather. This is an area the hotel could certainly improve on to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this minor setback, we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Tulum."

"We came here for a bachelorette party. The staff went above and beyond when a girl came down with sickness. The breakfast was delicious with the sweetest staff. Also had a security guard every night to insure the safety of patrons. It is located on a nice quiet street but close enough to all the main areas of downtown. Would suggest this place to anyone and will stay again!"
