"My partner and I stayed at the Presidential suite - it was spacious, well-designed, uber luxurious and offered the much-needed rest & comfort. The room is built as a villa completed with an outdoor pool, indoor shower and bathtub. Nasir our host, well-spoken and went the extra mile to provide insights on the history, demography and rich culture of Oman all under the starry night and, calmness of the desert along with the other guests staying at the property treating us with Omani tea. The dinner and breakfast were served in the room as routine and were delectable with ample portions. Highly recommended."

"Needs a little upkeep on some items and a table to eat at inside or a coffee table to set things on. There were old mattresses stacked in one of the bedrooms which seemed odd."

"Located right at the edge of the desert. Does not need a 4 wheel drive to reach. Yaseer is welcoming. He guided us well and ensured that we did not fall for any scams en route. The chalet itself is so so beautiful....it's unreal. Was a tad too big for two people but totally worth it. The private pool, the porch and the view is totally worth it. We also booked a sunset dune bashing which was worth the money. The omani style dinner was yummy but it was a lot. Totally worth the cost"
