Casa Patrones

"Small hotel but big at heart... I felt at home... delicious food and reasonable prices The rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean and modern in style. Very friendly, courteous, always attentive staff. Special thanks to Ms. Erika from reception and Jeniffer Housekeeping and to all the staff who assisted us during our stay 100% recommendation... I will stay there again on my next visit to Chiclayo."

"Very nice people. Extremely clean and safe place. People in northern Peru are more quite and soft spoken. Very accommodating service."

"They wanted to surprise us with a Peruvian breakfast but didn’t tell us any and we have other meal plans. It was really nice of them but a bit surprising since we needed to wait for a long time until they got things ready with us knowing anything. However it’s was fine at the end. Just make sure you ask for a extremely hot coffee since they have a particular way of browning coffee in the entire region."

"Everything was fantastic! The staff were incredible and helped with anything I needed!"

"Wifi was a touch spotty but I was on the last floor."

"My stay at this property was fantastic. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly quiet, providing a wonderfully comfortable retreat. The staff were exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile. The central location made it incredibly easy to explore the area and access all the amenities I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged for me to be picked up from the airport and waited for me when my plane was delayed. The room was lovely and extremely well equipped. Close to the main Plaza and in a quiet safe neighbourhood."

"No kettle in the room."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We had a sitting area."

"It would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea in our room."

"Very nice staff, extremely helpful. Good tasty breakfast on the terrace. Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel was within walking distance to the main square and to the bus station. We arrived by plane, and we had contacted the hotel ahead to have a driver pick us up. The driver was there, and we had him drive us on subsequent days to visit archaeological sites and nearby towns. Excellent driver! We left by bus, and we just walked with our luggage to the bus station."

"Well designed large rooms with modern bathrooms and comfortable seating area. Lovely staff that went out of their way to help. Great breakfast"

"The rooms facing the street had a lot of traffic noise particularly on Saturday night. When we complained they offered a room at the back of the building that was quiet and comfortable"
