"The receptionists are extremly helpfull with anything, obviously the policy of the hotel is very pro clients oriented, they keep my luggage for 5 days when I'm out for trekking free of charge, which I found just above and veyond. I left hotel at 4am and the receptiinist gave me some snacks for the journey cause BF starts at 6, this was super nice and unexpected. The room is nicely equipped, for the price this is an awesome del! Unexpensive restaurants around and the vity center just above the corner."

"I had a great stay at the hotel. My room was clean and had a few extra amenities I didn't find everywhere else (hair dryer, plenty of extra blankets). The breakfast started early, which was really practical, and was really good and filling. Probably the best of all hotels I stayed at in Peru! The location is also great, incredibly central but on a quiet, smaller street."

"The location of the hostel is very close to Cusco center (you can walk to the Plaza de Armas in 5 minutes). Both the morning and night staff were very friendly and kind - they answered all my questions on things to do. They spoke English. They even prepared an early breakfast because one of my tours started early in the morning. The room itself is kept clean as they do house keeping every day."

"Fantastic place to stay in Cusco, in an excellent location. The team here are so kind, super friendly and are happy to help with any questions. The room and general areas were spotlessly clean. There was a little bit of a damp smell in the bathroom but fine, once you kept the door closed. Breakfast was served in a room upstairs with an individual setting left ready for you and was very nice. Overall, a fantastic stay!"

"Very helpful staff! They met me in the airport and ordered a taxi to the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, great working wifi. I was staying in July, so it was quite cold at nights but there is a heater provided and really huge blankets, so it is not cold to sleep. The location is great, shops and cafes arounds. Great breakfast, the also pack your food if you have an early tour."

"Simple place in the center, perfect for people going on excursions. Good water pressure in shower, Wi-Fi acceptable, boxed lunch ready even when leaving at 3am. No problems leaving luggage when doing the 4 day Inka trek."
