"The location was amazing, and the staff were so nice and new multiple languages which was helpful. It's right next to the Bolhâo train station which we arrived at from the airport which was great, as well many restaurants and shopping centers including souvenir spots! The room we shared was great, it was spacious with a nice bathroom that they cleaned everyday. For some reason nothing was plugged in, including the fridge and even after I plugged it in and waited hours it wasn't cold and then the room got cold since it was raining but the air conditioning/heater didn't work or at least the remote didn't. But we enjoyed our stay here."

"It is in the center of town. The desk manager who checked me in was very very helpful in getting my e-bike inside and stored in a safe place for the night. He helped me carry it up to the 2nd floor where it stayed for the night."
