"Good location close to the airport for a late flight in and early flight out . Bed was very comfortable . Service by staff was quick and very helpful . They made us feel very welcome . Arranged for an early am taxi pick up . Had fruit on our arrival and a welcome drink voucher ( we did not choose to use as we went to bed right away )"

"Perfect for an overnight stay in transit from Santa Maria and awaiting for the plane home next day. Room had three individual and comfortable beds. Rather quiet, we had a good sleep. Ponta Delgada center is well within walking distance, and access from and to the airport is easy and straightforward, by TAXI."

"I had initially asked them whether they organize airport transfers, and the desk replied something like "yes, we well contact you as soon as our partner will confirm the transfer times", and announced the tariff of 20 Euros/ride. Sounded very reasonable... except they never recontacted me, so I had to call them the day prior to arrival. However, on the phone I was explained that there never was such a thing as an airport shuttle, and it's fine to pick any taxi (there are plenty at the airport) - they have a fixed fare of 10 Euros/ride. Return is also by taxi - they have a console in the main lobby where you can order one by touch screen! That is fine - but I'm still intrigued who and why bothered to give me that fake information initially??"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—close to everything I needed and very convenient for exploring the area. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!"

"Great Hotel, will stay next time we visit. The bed was super confortable and the room had a pleasant atmosphere. The manager left a personalized note, and that was a really nice touch. We had to be at the airport early, so we didn't have a chance to try the continental breakfast."

"The staff was very helpful with where to go and eat. They were always friendly. Breakfast was great with plenty of fruits, pastries, etc. Great coffee. Location was excellent with plenty of restaurants nearby, walking distance. There was always parking in front of the hotel. Room is very comfortable. Would stay there again."
