"Loved the well-appointed room and restroom. The staff were very accommodating, kind, and supportive of my request to not change rooms with my 2 reservations for 2 nights. The bar was great, except for the mid-day server who did not know how to make a gin martini, even when it was on the menu."

"We did not elect to dine in at the restaurant because it was buffet instead of regular service. This was disappointing because it was late and we needed to eat, and then had to hunt somewhere that was open."

"We stayed two nights at the end of our trip, the location is excellent for access to Oriente train/bus/metro. The mall, riverfront walk and many restaurants are close by. The breakfast started at 06:30 which was great for us having to leave early for a flight."

"We had a departure flight scheduled for very early in the morning and requested to have breakfast kept ready in a to-go bag with clear instructions No MEAT at all. After arriving at the airport and about to start to eat we discovered that all the sandwiches had meat in it, hence we were very disappointed and had to throw away all the sandwiches."
