"I greatly appreciated the resort’s high level of safety and security. The staff were consistently attentive and friendly, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated with a well-designed layout. I also enjoyed the buffet options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as the food quality was very good."

Positive point:
"Everything was perfect, is acapulco and a perfect place"
Negative point:
"The price inside the hotel is not worth the food. Food in acapulco is amazing, just not inside the hotel"

Positive point:
"The property was clean, had a great size pool. You are able to bring your own cooler and drinks. Easy access to an Oxxo or food near by. Pool was kept well balanced and clean. Nice view to the beach but never went to see it closely. Had a good experience at Mar Paraíso Queen!"
Negative point:
"It’s a bit hard to find the place at night when driving back from an activity."
