"I initially booked 6 nights through Booking.com at a confirmed rate. Before extending my stay for an additional 5 nights, I visited the reception to ask about the price. I mentioned that I could extend through Booking.com at the same original rate, and the receptionist informed me that booking directly with the hotel would be at the same rate. However, during checkout, I was asked to pay an additional 90 SAR above the previously agreed rate. I was told that this was based on the rate of the last night of my original booking. This was never communicated to me at the time I requested the extension, and the price change was unexpected."
