"The hotel is new and clean, the location is perfect because it is not in the center of Jubail albalad, although there are many restaurants and cafes around it that you can go by walk. the room was ready by the time of my arrival. The room are huge and the bed comfortable. I had issue that in my first room, the ventilation can bring other smell to your room. and it seems my next room is smoker guest so the smoking came to my room. I called the receptionist and ask for their help, so they change my room. The check in and out was easy and smooth. there are parking lot for the hotel. They also have braille language in the elevator, which is a plus for blind guests."
