"Hotel is located in Al Hada. 15-20 mins away from Taif city center. The weather in Al Hada is cooler than Taif center, which we intenionally chose. I especially liked the room, size and the cleaniness of the hotel, which was more than I expected."
"I asked for one thing to a house keeping personnel, but he walked away since I could not speak Arabic but thanks to the other one, he helped me and solved my issue."

"Everything is clean, reception was there at all time."
"All goes very well except the staff at reception wasn't able to communicate in English and my Arabic is very poor, but we manage to understander each other. However, my recommendation is at-least there will be someone at reception who can communicate in English (as a global language)."
"I slept well and it was quiet, plus no cigarette smoke inside. Parking available."

"The apartment location is good near to the sunset beach. I like the apartment cleanness and the host prompt responses to make the check-in process as smooth although I arrived a little before time."
