"Parking is not good as basement parking Entrence was not good cars body and silencer hits ground. Rooms are not cleaned properly only have 1 wash room issue in lift only 1 lift was working properly"

"The staff are great especially Abdulasis. The communication skills are really great. His compassion towards the customer is really good. His dedication to his job makes the stay really comfortable. I arrived very early because the flight schedule availability is only this one in the morning . I was really worried i won’t be able to check in early but abdulasis allowed me to go to an available room instead for me to be able to check in early. Yanbu is such a great city as well as the people. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this place."
