"Very beautiful country setting for a peaceful stay. The owners are very welcoming and helpful, great restaurant recommendations. The room was comfortable and the bathroom is attached, both very clean. Outdoor seating with a lovely view to relax after a day of driving or hiking. Lovely breakfast and we enjoyed visiting with the owners about the history of their farm. We would highly recommend a stay here."

"The breakfast was great. Stakaberg is in the countryside, which we prefer during summertime. We loved the beautiful outdoor areas for breakfast."

"This is a small facility with, I believe, only 9 rooms. You cannot expect to find all the amenities which you would have in the city at a larger facility. In any case, the facilities are quite adequate."

"Äußerst freundliche Besitzer. Einfach eingerichtete große Zimmer, bequeme Betten und sehr sauber. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Wintergarten .Gutes Frühstück im sehr schönen Speisesaal.Nicht zu vergessen ein freundlicher Kater der alle Besucher auf seine Art begrüßt. Absolut empfehlenswert."

"Ontvangst was hartelijk en werd de tijd voor je genomen De hotelkamer had een Engelse cottage uitsraling wij moesten vroeg op ivm de boot in Halmstad en hadden dit vooraf kenbaar gemaakt. In het koelkastje op de kamer(!) stond een compleet ontbijt voor ons klaar wat heerlijk smaakte."

"The location is great and we were able to walk to dinner and all around the cute downtown area. There was a small gym which is nice. The staff was great. And having an included breakfast was a great add. The bed was comfortable and they were accommodating for our family with a crib for the baby. It’s difficult sometimes to find hotel rooms that meet our needs, so it was good."

"The free of use of preferred pillow, surprise room upgrade (I guess bec I requested a city view room and 1 big bed), on request, they also gave bedroom slippers & toothbrush sets, and we love the quality of the toiletries (shampoo, body soap and hair conditioner)! We also like the fact that it’s a “green” hotel, and we have been encouraged to participate. Overall great & friendly staff, and awesome breakfast buffet. Area is great for exploring the city bu walking, too!!!"
