"The location is right across the MRT station (Sam Yot)—it doesn’t get any better than that! Great food in the Old Town is just a 10–15 minute walk away. The hotel is a charming heritage house, and we loved the warm ambiance and interiors. There’s no breakfast included, but we didn’t mind at all—there’s a nice café downstairs and some of the Old Town’s famous breakfast spots are just a short walk away."

"Location right by the metro. Clean room. Hot water. Working AC. This checks out all the essentials for me. , Old building is cool and there is a beautiful coffee shop on the ground floor."

"Please add soap in the bathroom near the sink. Sound is ok but there is an ongoing construction right now near hotel. If a tuktuk rides loud you may hear it. The neigborhood is quiet otherwise durint the night but lively starting from morning."

"Nice place in a historical building. Good cafe at the first floor with good cafe and very helpful staff. I had a nice room, but it was more "hostel"-style (i.e. no fridge or writing table). But there is quite a nice public areas on 4th floor and very cool roof with Ganesha! Perfect location to stay at night and get wherever you want at day. Right cross the road there is Sam Yot MRT station (and tuk-tuk parking on evening), 10-min walk to Wat Pho in one side and china town to the other side (both highly recommended). Also there are a lot of shops around (yes, including 7-eleven) with literally everything (santa hat, xmas decor, toys, manga, collectible cards in megaplaza, guns, carbeurators, books, like everything). Did I mention nice the helpful staff? If yes, I should mention them again - very nice people work there!"

"This place is only two steps away from MRT Samyot, a great location. The reception room with the gallery cafe is awesome. I was there when they displayed a photo exhibition. The room is small but comfortable and clean. I recommend the room with a window to enjoy the street view. I also like the open space on the 4th floor, where you can sit on the balcony. the only cons of this place are the noise from the street at night, but it's ok for me and I will choose this place for my next trip."

"Cacha is directly across the street from a large Metro Station in a great location about 15 minutes East of the river. It is right beside several shopping malls and markets. There is a very large selection of food outlets at all price levels. There is a 24 hour coin-operated laundromat just behind the Sam Yot Metro station across the street. The room was nice and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"This time we chose the room with the city view which we regret as the curtains don't block the sunlight and the walls do not isolate the sounds so you hear everything from the streets and feel the vibration when a truck or bus passes through. In short we prefer the cheaper option with no city view."

"I had to buy a toothbrush because there was no toothbrush when I arrived and there is no reception service 24 hours so I couldn’t ask for my toiletries. Also we had no body wash and hand soap the first 2 nights and no drinking water until the last day."
