"2023年7月入住舒適四人房型房號502 1.房間的環境設備和網站提供的照片不相符。床單被子枕頭套是花色普通材質一般的常見家用床套組，每一顆枕頭套都有肉眼明顯可見的發霉黑色斑點，其中有兩顆枕頭是大面積的發霉，有些棉被也有發霉，掀開被子就看見毛髮，結果就是沒有一張乾淨的床可以使用。 2.設備破損。地板凹凸不平，木紋貼皮已經不能貼合在地板上，其中一部分有蓋上地墊，地墊底下好髒；綠色藤椅有不同程度的破損；我們家沒有看電視的習慣，所以沒有查看電視是否功能正常，但就螢幕外觀看起來是不正常的。 3.清潔度差。地面上和通往閣樓的樓梯都有灰塵和毛髮，但最令人難以忍受的是三條浴巾各有長短不一的毛髮。 4.我買了現切水果要放冰箱，離我最近的冰箱在3樓樓梯轉角，我所在的樓層樓梯轉角沒有冰箱。 5.房間上下各有兩台冷氣運轉，但閣樓和樓下有溫差，也有一股不知道怎麼形容的氣味不好聞。 6.詢問是否能提前入住的同時有表明願意付費，就是因為小孩和先生已經疲累不堪想好好休息，入住後卻不能沖涼也不能躺下休息，房間內只有沙發可以坐著休息，待了將近三個小時決定另外尋找住宿，真的身體累心也好累。對於這樣的住宿品質真心不滿意，無法在此過夜。 以上所言有憑據希望民宿主人能有所改善"

"We were originally looking for a place to stay in Chishang, but everything there was fully booked because of a big local event. Luckily, we found this Airbnb nearby — and it turned out to be way beyond our expectations! The area sits along the beautiful Taitung Longitudinal Valley. While Chishang is the most famous town, Gaoliao offers the same stunning scenery but with fewer crowds. Route 193, which connects these small towns, is one of the most beautiful drives in Taiwan. This Airbnb is truly a hidden gem — clean, cozy, and full of a warm, family vibe. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. We had such a lovely stay. Highly recommend, and thank you again!"
