"The only thing I didn't like was how you can easily hear your neighbors from the other rooms (or be heard), but everyone was very considerate so it wasn't a problem."

Everything is within walking distance. - Despite some concerns about noise isolation prior to arriving, I found my stay quiet and I never felt disrupted in my sleep. - The washing machine is available to use for free, which was a nice surprise."

"The hostel host went above and beyond for us. He made sure that everything was ready for us, even when we arrived a little early. During our stay our son got a little sick and he went out of his way to recommend a clinic, let us borrow his thermometer, and offer pain reliever. He also provided recommendations for the area and was very welcoming. The location was near a lot of sightseeing spots and good food. We got the family room and it was perfect for our family of five. Definitely recommend this place."

"The location is ~20 min walk from the Taiwan Railways station of Tainan, right in the heart of the Chi Kan Lou area, cozy neighborhood and walkable to tons of good eats. My room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and (even without visible ventilation) dried real quick after shower. The beddings were super cozy. Host has been extremely responsive and helpful. We had wonderful tea times. Jing Jing (doggo) adorable. Will absolutely stay again."

"Minor element to have in mind No mirror in the room On the 4th floor. If you shower in the morning the pressure is low. It takes about 5 min to get to optimal pressure. I couldn't understand how to use the kettle so needed to go to the 1st floor to get water. Then to the second floor for hot water. Then to my room. But to be fair I did not really ask either."
