"Great central location to explore downtown Hsinchu on foot. Many good restaurants and the included breakfast was excellent in both variety and quality. The staff were very helpful storing my bicycle securely in an unused conference room downstairs. Communications before and during my visit were excellent. Appreciated the nice soaking tub after my first day cycling Route 1. Everything was clean, comfortable, and modern. I would stay here again."

"Very friendly staff. Great location within walking distance of many restaurants and other attractions. The hotel also has coin operated washer and dryer (with free detergent) to do laundry. If you stay more than two days then the hotel offers free laundry service for three items of underwear each day."
