"走路200公尺就可到童玩節親水公園門口, 可以隨時回房間吹冷氣. 民宿主人林先生很熱心且會介紹宜蘭周遭好玩的景點, 還會準備免費的香蕉供房客食用. 他推薦我們去只有周六才有的冬山夜市. 停車方便. 房間冷氣夠強, 沒有菸味. 來來牛排走路1分鐘, 可以抽號碼後回房間吹冷氣等."

"The convenience beat comfort and it turned into a nice value. Staff was excellent and they treated me well, the ice cream and soda were a nice touch. Fridge and two water bottle were exactly what I needed. Traffic outside quit and temperature for AC was comfortable so overall just more info on amenities. I’ve stayed here before and this last time I really felt it was great. They are one the up trend."

The facilities are definitely a bit visibly dated, but you can tell that the staff puts care into cleaning the rooms.
