Villas in São Tomé and Príncipe

"Great location quick walk to beach and restaurants Nice pool that we had all to ourselves most days. Loulou was a nice host. We stayed in front suite with big terrace."

"The resort made visiting the exceptional reefs of the island easy and very enjoyable, with an excellent dive master to guide you. The staff was attentive and welcoming. Good location on the water, but no beach."

The buffet meals were mediocre.

La route pour se rendre au mango villa est assez abrupte et nécessite un bon niveau de conduite.... mais la récompense est au bout du chemin

It was wonderful sipping my morning coffee while watching the beautiful view, taking a dip in the sea and relax in the sun. The house remains cool even in warm days, we didn't need the airco (in May)."

Because of its beautiful location by the sea, the house is a 5 minute walk over a small rocky path and several stairs to get there from the (paid) parking. If you are not sure footed this may be a challenge. That's about the only downside to this place.

"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

Le calme et la sérénité du lieu : la musique de l’océan , le chant des oiseaux et du vent … un coucher de soleil tous les soirs sur l’océan : de la piscine , du salon , de la cuisine et de notre chambre , du jardin …. Une vue panoramique à 180 degrés !!! L’emplacement géographique dans le quartier de l’hermitage : accès direct au lagon et proximité à pied de Saint-Gilles ."

"The view from the patio was amazing, we saw turtles surfacing from the room one morning. Bed comfortable, kitchen clean. We loved the restaurant on the water & the close location to Margaritaville (to catch boats from their docks). Walk to Coki beach, which has awesome snorkeling, but crowded so go early. We rented a car and drove to smith bay beach which is $8 a person, but well worth it in our opinion. Close to Red Hook to catch the ferry to St. John."

Only con was the shower head was installed strangely so had to hold it to shower & lots of stairs. 9/10, I’d go back and stay again.

"Zenith is FABULOUS. The staff...especially Raj went above & beyond basic service. Very helpful w/transportion from St Kitts to Villa. Also w/resturant selections."

Not much. I wish there was another bath/halfbath

"Comfortable property with good facilities including two en-suite bedrooms. Pool was excellent. Air conditioning in the bedrooms made for a comfortable sleep."

"Everything!! The view was breathtaking! Everything you needed, they had! The owners were so receptive to all my questions and so kind and friendly. We hope to go back again!"

Maybe drapes in the bedrooms as mornings were very bright for those who like to sleep in.

"The host was lovely so helpful he even brought us grapes .He arranged all transfers and was always around to help if needed and always stopped to have a chat as he lives in properly next door .such a lovely man"

"Everything about this property is exceptional. The minute you open up the front door you know you are staying in a very special place. The view from every window is spectacular. The decor is beautiful. The beds are extremely comfortable. Every little detail has been thought of. Our hosts were great. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Hoping to return so we can do it all over again."

Nothing. The only minor issue was it was the time of the year when we could have used a fly spray but we managed well without it.
