Condo Hotels in the Northern Mariana Islands

"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue maravillosa. Está ubicado justo frente a la playa, lo que me permitió disfrutar de amaneceres y atardeceres espectaculares sin tener que moverme demasiado. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar y desconectar. La habitación me sorprendió gratamente: además de ser muy bonita y luminosa, resultó muy cómoda y estaba equipada con una cocina que tenía todo lo necesario para preparar mis comidas. La piscina es amplia y agradable, ideal para relajarme después de pasar el día en la playa. Sin duda, lo que más destaco son las vistas increíbles que hicieron mi estancia aún más especial. Recomiendo totalmente este lugar y volvería sin pensarlo."

"Great option if you want to stay a little outside of the main hub - it's quiet and the location is beautiful, but I highly recommend having a car to get around. The room was spacious and it was nice to have access to the kitchen and common area. The bathroom is shared but it was never an issue. The sauna was in a separate building but so nice at the end of a day. The breakfast is served at the main cafe in town - it's plentiful and tasty, just keep in mind that you either need to drive there or arrange the shuttle."

Would be be nice to have extra towels for the sauna.

"The room was beautiful, spacious, the bed was heavenly, and the bathroom was enornmous. The kitchen was outfitted nicely, and the amenities were perfect."

The dryer was a little loud, so someone may want to take a look at that.

"Excellent breakfast, many options. Reasonable prices, all beverages at the bar are the same price, except mixed drinks. The room is great! Clean, beautiful white towels, great shower, toilet and sink."

Some basic amenities were missing like hair dryer or lamps on night stands. Too few parking spaces for the number of guests. No AC.

"Really glad I came across Residence Agbebivi. I needed a place close to the Togo-Benin border and this place in Aneho is perfect. The air conditioning was nice, spacious room, even had a living room, and a restaurant on site which I had for dinner. Easy to find as it's right off the main N2 road. The owner/manager Anthony greeted me at the entrance and was so helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend!"

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"Very friendly and effective staff. Made me feel very much at home. The location has wonderful views, however, it is a little distance from the CBD which is problem if you're traveling for work. For a holiday a more flexible work schedule - this would not apply. The apartment itself, including Wi fi and all the facilities were excellent and well maintained."

The distance from the CBD was a problem for me, but not a game changer

"The flat had gorgeous views of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony, what a scene to wake up to! The flat was very clean, the water pressure was strong and the bed was comfortable! The caretaker was such a lovely lady and even gave us a parting gift of homemade walnut liqueur!!"

Wish it was closer to the city center

"I have stayed at this hotel for more than 3 nights, and I'm also a returning guest for the second time. I like Skyline hotel for it's isolated location. It is far from the more bustling areas in Saipan, like Garapan, but closer to the scenic tourist areas like the Banzai cliff monument and Bird island. I also like the management, they remember returning guests and are very accommodating to your needs."

Wish it was closer to the city center

"Great location, great value, nice communal space, had good parking, lovely views, friendly host…bed was a bit small for a couple but it was still a nice room."

Have no complaints

"Breakfast was more than we expected. The range of cereals, fruit, juices, teas, bread for toast, milk etc was more than we anticipated. The fruit was wonderfully fresh and delicious. There was certainly plenty for all tastes. the location of the breakfast food was easy to access, with a great choice of where to sit and eat both under cover outside or within the dining room."

"Beautiful view and great access to the beach. The apartment is on the middle floor of 3. Therefore, 2nd floor end unit. All the amenities you need to cook any type of meal."

The parking situation isn’t ideal as they closed the lot without warning to add more dirt so had to park further down the street. I don’t mind walking so it wasn’t a problem for me but if you have mobility issues this isn’t the best place for you as there are a lot of hills and some stairs. You can however get around without using the stairs just a bit further.
