Apartments in the Northern Mariana Islands

"Very comfortable. No problem with parking. Clean. Just what we needed"

The single bed was not comfortable (on one side I was feeling that I was sinking). The A/C wasn't working because the remote control was missing. I contacted the host, he said that he will take care of it, but he did not. To be honest, it wasn't so hot and for most days I did not need the A/C. However, for the last few days of my stay I could really use the A/C, especially at night. The shared fridge could be cleaner. The bathroom did not have a window, it only had a kind of fan on the ceiling which did not work particularly well. As a result, some unpleasant odors persisted and the waters caused by showering could not evaporate very quickly.

no signboard outside the building to locate it; 2ndly only 2 pillows were there on a large double bed, so I will suggest to add 2 more to it.

"The property is as super clean, modern and beautifully designed. All fittings are of good quality and very comfortable beds. The flat is of good size, with large bedrooms and good sized well equipped kitchen. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was smooth and easy and there is plenty of room of store all of your belongings. We will most definitely be staying here again."

"Hermoso loft bien equipado con buena ubicación, tranquilo, seguro y cerca de la playa, lo que permite ir caminando y disfrutar del entorno. Cerca de restaurant, heladería, supermercado, cafés."

"The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."

The Wifi didnt worked sometimes but thats no problem with a tourist sim card

"Ubytování má dobrou polohu, kousek do centra Zuberce, kousek do přírody. Nebyl problém ani s poměrně pozdním příjezdem. Společnost nám často dělal i přítulný kocour. Soukromé parkování."

Možná by mohlo být lepší vybavení kuchyně, přeci jen klasický litinový vařič už není úplně ideální zejména pro lidi, co běžně používají indukci.

"Scenic location looking out to mountains and convenient to trails."

Can be a little noisy owing to truck and train traffic.

"It was our home away from Home. Beautiful property and the host was an angel! She helped every way she possible!"

The only downside was that taxi’s had trouble finding the location because it’s hard to see the palm view sign at night. So a lot of times drivers would drive past.

"My sister & I stayed 4 nights here! 😍 We loved that… it was great value for money,… there’s a shop downstairs that opened 7 days till late… The location was awesome, right next to DMC, Vailoa, (the best fried chicken franchise on the island 😋)… the twin room was clean, and spacious with 2 x twin beds, sofa lounge, a balcony with clothes airer, a wardrobe, massive shower with hot water, toiletries & towels, kitchen sink with utilities, Tea/Coffee facilities, Aircon & free WiFi…and… The host, (Teresa), was very friendly & welcoming, always willing & present to help out when needed. 😃"

The only issue, was the accommodation is upstairs and carrying heavy luggage upstairs was a little challenging, otherwise, it was excellent value for money. 👍

Nach der Bitumen mußten wir ungefähr 500m in einer nicht bitumierte Straße. Leider sind nicht alle Straßen in Yaoundé mit Bitumen

"Great location. The resort is huge, it has lots of large trees and shade. Really nice to go for a run or just walk around with your baby."

"A lovely island of peace and tranquility in an otherwise busy Moroni. If it’s available on your dates, you’re in luck—don’t hesitate. This is by far the best you can get in this price category in the area. It’s a family-run guesthouse, and the owners do a great job maintaining a high standard, with uninterrupted water, electricity, and internet, which is not a given on the island. The décor is very attractive, especially in the restaurant area—you’ll be amazed."

"we arrived late and Hassan was there to meet us and was very very helpful. He was very kind and helpful throughout our entire stay and made the experience better."

the beds had sheets only and the comforter blankets had no duvet covers. it felt uncomfortable to use them without any duvet covers.

"Clean and relatively new, quiet location Specious attached shower They offer motorbikes rental with good quality and reasonable prices Room on third floor had a small balcony with a beautiful Mountain View Staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating Half sized fridge instead of minibar (good for those who stay long term)"

Window curtains were not 100% blocking (like 50%) Large size minibar can be sometimes noisy

"Everything about the apartment was excellent. Very clean and everything you need for your stay. We were picked from the airport and delivered right to the door, about a 1 minute drive. It's very close to the main street."

The only thing that wasn't there, and this had nothing to do wth the owner/manager of the property, was the TV didn't have closed captions, except for the ABC. The manager came to look at this but there was nothing he could do about it. They are going to check with whatever authority is responsible for broadcasting closed captions.

"Very convenient location close to the airport. The hosts are genuinely lovely, super responsive, and always do their best to help with anything you need. The AC works well which is a thing in Solomon Islands. There is a laundry service available, and overall the place feels comfortable and easy."

It’s quite far from town, so not ideal if you want to go out or explore often. But if you prefer to stay near the airport, it’s a great choice.

"The apartment welcomes us in a sparkling clean condition with all the home equipment that we need. It has a private car park with security, we felt safe around the neighbourhood. It is worth mentioning that the apartment is located in a very convenient neighbourhood. Will surely recommend!"
