"Дуже гарно що була машина для прання. В таку жару декілька разів прали одяг. Балкон в тихий двір те що треба. Вход по коду теж супер що не треба одні ключі ділити на двох. Якщоб ще можна було використовувати підземний паркінг за окрему плату булоб супер. А так невелика квартира зі всім що було треба. Можна ще раз відвідати. Парковка загальна біля дому,"

В останій день відкрили шафу зі стаканами, і були розбиті склянки,а це каже про те що ніхто іх не мив. Або прибиральниця розбила і залишила щоб списати з відпочіваючіх. Золог повернули нічого не списували бо синули фото як знайшли розбиті стакани. Не хватало шампуня та мила. Хитався унітаз.

It’s time for softer mattresses. But other than that there is nothing

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

"Nice and cozy place to stay right in the heart of the city. Plenty of food choises around and many ivonic places few steps away. Thanks to Edgar, Jean and Shannon who took care of everything, provided all necessary informations from start to end and made us confident we are in good hands."

One day I heard construction in a neighboring unit. But it didn't last long and wasn't an issue.

sitting on the balcony you look in the eyes of neighbours in the opposite balcony. ;) minor issue if neighbours are are pretty. All good.

"It was great to stay here on my way from Semonkong to Maseru. It was great to be able to recharge my batteries. Also, the cottage is in a beautiful setting and the dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Such a great place to stay. If I pass by the area again, I will definitely stay here again."

"A very nice stay. Hosts were excellent. Very friendly, informative, relaxed but professional. The chalet was exactly what we had requested. To find somewhere quite private, 2 bedrooms with self-catering was a bonus. There aren't too many places that fit that criteria on the Island. Slightly out of town, but that's still very close on Norfolk. Norfolk is very different. Very nice. We can see why so many people get drawn there. 9 days was just enough. Very clean and well equipped."

Was all good. Anyone who finds fault here clearly shouldn't go to Norfolk.

"the 2 bedroom apartment was huge and very comfortable , it was a great stay . the venue of the hotel was also very central and the surrounding area was nice and windy"

in room 518 , the room that we had stayed , the master bedroom bathroom looks a bit run down especially the bathtub which as been chipped . this is the first hotel that i have stayed which does not provide shower caps which seems really weird as its a 5 star hotel

Far from restaurants and shopping - need a rental car

"Everything we needed was basically there. Condo was clean and staff was helpful and kind. Amazing balcony view with easy access to the beach just steps away. Beautiful pool. Easy access to marina activities. Awesome snorkeling. Beach bar, cafe & sudis were excellent and easy to walk to. Gideon was so nice & set up beach chairs for us every day. Was a great family vacation."

Security often asked us where we were staying.

"The staff were amazing. Location was perfect. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The accommodation was spotless, spacious and very comfortable"

The fridge was very old and kitchen hood as well, The window of the master bedroom was not closing so we had issue with the street noise at night.

"We stayed here before and after our trip to Legoland. Host was very kind and helpful. Easy check-in and checkout. Private parking space. Studio Apartament was cozy. Some books and games available. Also a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules , and tea as well. There are some really good bakeries nearby, ideal for breakfast and sweets."

Cleaning was done only on surface (superficial). Studio appartment is rather small. Quite expensive for what it offers

Some aspects could improve : tennis equipment available for their tennis court, towels a bit old , free shuttle bus instead of charging for it ( airport is very near) .

The downstairs bedroom bathroom faucet was a bit too short for that clear sink. And the bedroom didn't have a TV 😭

"The reception was open late and they held our bags when we arrived early and they were getting ready for our early check in."

The room fan was broken and very loud and the toilet made more noise than it should.

"Location is perfect for visitors on vacation, everything is within 3 minutes walking distance, restaurants, sightseeing spots, you just name it, you get it. The owners/caretakers of this property is so awesome and helpful on all ways, they are wonderful people, i like them."

"Perfect except without lift 🤦🏼‍♀️. Not suitable for old people or pwd. And if you have big luggages, it's a disaster to take it by stairs. But location and others were good."

"The size of the apartment is great. The location between Baie des citrons and Anse Vata is excellent. The snorkelling across the road at Baie des Citrons is excellent, and the aquarium nearby is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby and it is a short drive (or medium walk) to get to a supermarket."

The weather was hot and there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was hard to keep the apartment cool and the air conditioners struggled to keep up. The apartment itself is starting to be quite dated. When it was windy outside the balcony doors had a noisy whistle that was disruptive.
